Evolution Tomorrow Night!
For anyone in the Cambridge area, there are still tickets available for tomorrow night's concert at the Cambridge Corn Exchange!
Entitled "Evolution", the show delves deep into the Swingle repertoire revealing how the music has developed over the last four decades: Baroque to Classical, Romantic fused with jazz, the birth of Bossa Nova, contemporary classics... a rich cross-section of sounds for all Swingle fans!
To start the evening off, and by happy coincidence, Cambridge-based barbershop group Evolution will dazzle with some of their their award-winning arrangements. They are the 2009 British National Quartet champions, and we are thrilled to share the stage with them.
