1. Consent Notice
Through using our website you consent to the use of the information provided by you to the Swingle Singers as stated in our privacy policy. If we change our privacy policy, we will post those changes accordingly.
2. Returns Policy
Exchanges
You may exchange any unopened item for another in our catalog within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, exchanges will not be accepted.
Returns
Returns are allowed within 30 days of purchase under the following conditions:
> CDs - Returns only on unopened or defective products.
> Sheet Music/Songbooks - Returnable in new and resaleable condition.
The customer is responsible for shipping charges that may apply to exchanges and returns. No shipping charges will apply for returning defective products or for returns due to our error.
3. Shipping charges
The following shipping charges apply:
CDs
> Europe: add £1.50 then 50p each additional item.
> USA/Canada: add £2.50 then 75p each additional item.
> Rest of the World: add £3.00 then 75p each additional item.
Sheet music
> Europe: add £1.50 then 50p each additional item.
> USA/Canada: add £2.50 then 75p each additional item.
> Rest of the World: add £3.00 then 75p each additional item.
The shipping charges might change from time to time. If they do, we will post the new charges here. You will receive your shipment within 28 days.
4. Downloads from MEDIA page
a) All images and logos are property of the Swingle Singers and cannot be used without written authorisation from the Swingle Singers with the exception of (b)
b) The MEDIA page is intended specifically for agents, promoters, radio, television, and other media publicising a Swingle Singers concert. For these parties, downloads of any materials found on the MEDIA page are permissible. Downloading of any materials by any other parties without express written permission by the Swingle Singers is strictly prohibited.
c) For printing purposes, please use the hi-res versions of photos and logos provided.
d) It is preferred that all publicity materials carry the Swingle Singers' logo in one of the colour schemes provided.
e) If you require any publicity materials not found on the MEDIA page, please contact us at info@swinglesingers.com.
f) Downloading from any page on this site other than the MEDIA page by any persons professional or otherwise without express written permission by the Swingle Singers is strictly prohibited.
